Our lasagne are made entirely from scratch, using our own fresh pasta sheets, slow-cooked sauces, and premium local ingredients.

Each variety is assembled to order, layered with care, and available either Prepared + Oven-Ready (for you to bake fresh at home) or Hot + Ready for same-day enjoyment (pickup only).

• Small — serves 1–2 people

• Medium — serves 6–8 people

• Large — serves 10–12 people

All lasagne are made fresh to order.

Please schedule your pre-order at least 3 days in advance of your desired pickup or delivery date (excluding dates we are closed or unavailable).

🍄 Mushroom + Truffle Lasagna

Fresh lasagna sheets layered with sautéed wild mushrooms, picked thyme, grated Parmigiano, mozzarella, and our luxurious black truffle panna.

🌿 Spinach + Ricotta Lasagna

Fresh spinach lasagna sheets filled with sautéed spinach, local Ontario ricotta, Parmigiano, and mozzarella — simple, creamy, and comforting.

🥕 Vegetable Lasagna

All lasagna pre-orders must be placed a minimum of 3 days in advance.

Hot + Ready orders are available for pickup only.

Prepared + Oven-Ready lasagne can be scheduled for pickup or local delivery.
