This Valentine’s Day, join us for a special edition of our filled pasta experience — designed to be romantic, hands-on, and visually striking. This class focuses on technique, presentation, and flavour, featuring red beet egg pasta and our signature truffle & ricotta filling.
The experience begins with fresh egg dough enriched with beet purée, creating a naturally vibrant dough that is rolled thin and worked by hand. Guests learn how hydration, colour, and elasticity affect the final result, then move into shaping — forming elegant pasta roses that highlight both structure and finesse.
Guests prepare and work with our truffle & ricotta filling, learning how to balance richness, aroma, and texture so the truffle remains present without overpowering the dish. Special attention is given to portioning, sealing, and shaping, ensuring each pasta rose cooks evenly and maintains its form.
The class concludes with the freshly made pasta served simply — finished with butter, Parmigiano, and subtle aromatics — allowing the colour, craftsmanship, and filling to remain the focus.
This limited-edition experience is ideal for couples, friends, or anyone looking to celebrate Valentine’s Day through food, creativity, and shared experience.
Antipasto and charcuterie are served as guests arrive. Water is included throughout the class. Wine and soft drinks are available for purchase on site.
