Join Chef Anthony Sestito for an intermediate-level exploration of Italy’s beloved filled pasta traditions. In this hands-on class, you’ll delve into the art of crafting not only classic cannelloni but also other large, showstopping shapes like manicotti, rotolo, sacchetti, and pasta imbustata. Chef Anthony will guide you through selecting and preparing a variety of fillings—ranging from spinach and ricotta to hearty meat or vegetable blends—while demonstrating the essential techniques for rolling, stuffing, and sealing each shape.
Intermediate Class
Final dish: Spinach & Ricotta cannelloni con pomodoro
This class begins promptly at 6:30pm with doors opening at 6:15pm.
Class duration varies between 1.5-2 Hours
Included in this package is Chefs selection of seasonal antipasto. Water included, soft drinks, sparkling water and wine available for purchase on site.
