Our traditional Bolognese Ragu!  Made with ground beef, pork and veal slow cooked with an aromatic soffrito.  Each 16oz container is perfect for 2-3 portions.

To use, warm through gently in a pan with approximately 2-3 tablespoons of butter and a splash of pasta water.
