FAQ

Do you have a physical store I can walk into?

At this point in time we do not have a brick and mortar facility that is open to the public - all of our products are produced in our commissary and delivered to your door.

What are the cooking instructions for your pastas?

Because of the nature of our products and environmental factors, cooking times will vary based on product type and how they are stored.  Typically pasta cooked same day will take less time than pasta that has been refrigerated or frozen.  For this reason we say between 3-6 minutes or until tender. Recommended cooking instructions will be provided.

Where do you deliver to?

Currently we are only delivering to the GTA and Toronto region - approximately a 25km radius from our kitchen.

Are your pastas fresh?

YES, all of our pastas are fresh.  We never carry inventory and pastas are only produced when they are ordered in order to maximize freshness and flavour.

What is the shelf life of your pasta?

All of our pastas are good for 2-3 days in the fridge or up to 6 months in the freezer.

Can I refrigerate or freeze your pasta?

It is crucial to refrigerate your pasta as soon as possible and keep it in the fridge.  Alternatively, yes you can freeze pasta for use at a later date.

What is a recommended serving size?

Serving sizes vary based on the type of pasta but generally are between 110g-120g per person for unfilled/loose pastas and between 175g-200g per person for filled pastas however your needs may vary.

Can I order pasta for a same day delivery?

A same day delivery is just not feasible for us because we do not maintain any inventory.  Our delivery schedule will outline order deadlines for selected delivery dates.
